We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene, logistics, or regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate products.
Gift cards.
Personalized or made-to-order products.
Sale or discounted items.
Any item that has been used, washed, or does not have its original packaging.
All return requests must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at [email protected].
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Corzola or the supplier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
